yeah, he looks pathetic, but he loves to take a bath, so he's pretty happy.

i don't know what this is, but i like it.

I won't even bother explaining how long it took to get those two annoying letter F's on the back of my neck! Eye-liner is so very messy, especially when attempting to do so on the back of the neck via one mirror behind me, and another in front....! But hurray for drawing out templates and cutting them out... Too hard to explain...

Then hurray for photoshop help too.

Anyway. My themed week "theme" isn't actually pop singers. Although, funnily enough for the past three days it has seemed like it.

I think if you've been checking out the previous tags and today's tags, you may notice a common pattern in them. That, is the theme for this themed week:)

As inspired by the There is nothing left to lose album cover by The Foo Fighters.

A culmination of stupid things I see in profile photos. At least I'm not posing nekked with my toddler in the background.

As a child, we used to...

Pick it

Lick it

Roll it

Flick it

that I really *am* still alive. I've been sick since June 20! Yikes. Some virus that hit me like a bad case of mono. Ugh. I am slowly getting stronger...But am still mentally fried most of the time. I have been having to learn patience and acceptance with this illness, as I have been unable to work this whole time.

Today, I was able to walk 8 blocks !! Yay! And I took my first set of photos since before I got sick. Glad to know that I haven't forgotten how to use my camera. But now I am ready for a nap. =)

(BTW - not yet being a strobist gal, this was taken with the natural light that comes in through my bedroom window. I realize now that if I had waited 2 hours, the sun would've been lower and I would've been able to get highlights on my face. Also, still thinking I should crop off the bottom 1/4 of the photo...)

It's March the 17th. It's Monday. It's St. Patrick's day today. And I'm wearing green. Or should I say, I'm a green.

Technically, the Catholic church changed the Saint Patrick's day to the 15th on Saturday due to the Holy Week (which started yesterday...)

But nonetheless, it still doesn't stop the punters(!) drinking their Guinesses.

It's amazing how the world celebrates this day by getting drunk. Complete and utter madness. What has society become?!

I'm a green. I'm healthy. I don't binge-drink. You and I should STRIVE FOR FIVE instead!! ;)

...what is going through that man´s mind back there?

The Wellington Church, often mistaken for a part of the University it faces. Great building and as opposed to Partick Cross, very well kept. Good to see :) There is a wee cafe in the crypt (called the crypt funnily enough) and does soup and things.

Another one of the musicians from Friday night's entertainment. The CD is on the way, along with their website which I'll let you know about.... awesome music!! They said that in Zimbabwe when they are happy, they make music. When they are sad, they make music. Music and dancing is not a luxury in Zimbabwe, it's a way of life. They certainly performed like that too...
